Customer Service Analyst, SSC (EMEA) Job Opening In Győr – Now Hiring Apex Tool Group

Customer Service Analyst, SSC (EMEA) - HU - Györ, Platánfa

Key Responsibilities:


• Support CS directly in managing and releasing incoming orders; processing customer requests 
• Analyze and prepare customer specific reports related to orders, stock availability and pricing
• Process customer orders and for Apex sister companies 
• Ensure all the customer orders are processed in time
• Enter master data
• Understand customer requirements on written customer orders and reflect them in SAP
• Follow up customer orders status with the Apex Costumer Service Teams, Finance- and/or Purchase Departments
• Ensure that data processing is performed by the defined way and ensure the completeness of processing incoming data
• Provide supporting date to Sales Department
• Provide date for weekly-, monthly-, and ad-hoc reporting
• Support Finance Manager’s subledger related work and Customer Service Manager’s analytical work 




Critical Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in secondary school or Bachelor degree 
• Experience in data management
• Familiar with windows office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
