From CI/CD pipelines to Kubernetes deployments, you’ll make sure developers can ship features with speed, confidence, and reliability.

You’ll work closely with other DevOps, SRE, and Product Engineers to create systems that are not only stable and secure — but also a joy to use.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for secure, efficient delivery.

  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

  • Operate and optimize AWS-based Kubernetes (EKS) clusters.

  • Automate deployments, testing environments, and rollback workflows.

  • Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting across services (Sentry, GroundCover, Prometheus).

  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support incident response.

  • Collaborate with product squads to ensure infrastructure readiness for new launches.

  • Maintain and improve GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD).

  • Work closely with QA to ensure test automation is part of deployments.

  • Contribute to platform-wide documentation and onboarding.

🧠 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.

  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration.

  • Practical experience with Terraform (IaC).

  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.

  • Understanding of observability stacks (Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, Loki, Sentry, GroundCover).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with internal developer platforms or self-service tooling.

  • Familiarity with Next.js / NestJS deployment pipelines.

  • Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD).

  • Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.

  • Experience integrating QA automation tools (Playwright, Selenium).

💬 Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive, independent, and reliable in remote work.

  • Comfortable collaborating with QA, developers, and product teams.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Adaptable to evolving infrastructure and product needs.

📊 Key Metrics (KPIs)

  • CI/CD pipeline stability and delivery time.

  • Deployment frequency and rollback success rate.

  • Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).

  • Developer satisfaction with platform and tooling.

  • Infrastructure scalability and cost efficiency.

🌍 What’s in It for You

  • Long-term full-time remote position (40h/week).

  • 22 paid vacation days + local public holidays.

  • Flexible working hours (within 7:00–18:00 CET).

  • Opportunity to work on global, high-traffic digital products.

  • Calm, collaborative working environment

  • Company-sponsored upskilling and development.

If you’re passionate about building scalable infrastructure and empowering engineering teams to move faster — we’d love to tell you more.
