We are looking for an **Enterprise Resilience QA Senior Analyst** with disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Support Citigroup's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM)
+ Conduct quality assurance (“QA”) reviews on Continuity of Business (COB) third party vendors across all Global Products/Functions (“Sectors”) and Regions by applying a risk-based methodology.
+ Produce requirements documentation in both written and diagrammatic form.
+ Data analysis, Excel modeling and Workflow mapping

**Qualifications:**

+ 3-5 years Experience in Third Party/third party oversight, risk and relationship management.
+ Experience of technology project management, Data modeling and workflow mapping.
+ 2+ years experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred.
+ Fluency in English
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Track record as a strong analyst – recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments.
+ Hands on approach and able to manage own work load whilst taking direction.
+ Attention to detail and ability to discuss document and confirm process flows.
+ Sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly.
+ Collaborative approach, must be able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization.
+ Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
