Job description

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle communication between levels, promptly relaying company and department information.

  • Manage departmental HR workflow processes.

  • Handle procurement, distribution and cost control of office supplies.

  • Manage low-value consumables, fixed assets and control related costs.

  • Arrange travel tickets for department staff.

  • Process expense reimbursements (e.g., travel).

  • Collect and organize logistics data, develop solutions, and report to management for decision-making.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:



    • Ability to quickly learn company management regulations and work requirements.

    • Ability to quickly master company management processes, with proficiency in relevant office software and statistical tools.

    • Strong communication, coordination and management skills.

    • Language proficiency: Hungarian and English
