This position is within the Tolling Services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary.
The team consists of IT professionals specializing in electronic road-charging solutions.
Together with our partners, we develop and operate intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems for international customers, covering the entire business process (vehicle registrations, country booking, providing On-Board Units, position data transmission, charge calculation, and fleet billing).
Leveraging digital intelligence and advanced technology, our tolling solutions facilitate seamless mobility across Europe.
The team aims to enhance existing services and expand into new domains.
As part of an international team collaborating with T-Systems International, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with cutting-edge tolling solutions.
Main tasks
As a frontend developer,
You'll work within a Scrum team focused on mainly maintenance and developing high-quality web applications with automated integrated pipelines,You like to dig deep into complex challenges and enjoy exploring and implementing innovative solutions.You will contribute to and own the operational responsibilities for the services you develop, embodying a strong DevOps culture.You feel comfortable working in a self-organized, agile, and international environment and are eager to grow both professionally and personally.Qualifications

Background and required skills:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT3+ years of experience in Web & App development in Java with a strong understanding of UI/UX principlesProficiency in API technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSon and familiar with frameworks such as Apache Wicket, Bootstrap Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines using Git and containerization/orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Solid grasp of software quality standards and professional development methodologies, including Clean Code practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD)Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe).Excellent communication skills in EnglishTeam player.Advantage:
