About the role: Try yourself out during this short term internship.
The Logistics Administration Intern position includes the support of all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation in order to ensure customers will get their goods on time.
Dealing on a daily basis with many stakeholders, we are looking for someone organized, willing to learn and flexible with the logistics environment changes.
What you will do: We need our future intern’s support in the following areas: Plan shipments with the according carriers Prepare shipping documents and make it available to the Warehouse Generate labels into carrier´s website Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize efficiency in quality and costs Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock Provide information to customers about the status of their orders Support on improvement projects What we need from you: Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, in logistics or related field Possible commitment for 3 months Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge are must haves (fluent speaking and writing).
French knowledge is considered a plus You have strong digital skills, confidence and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and Advanced Excel.
Experience with SAP or Oracle is considered a plus.
You have good organization skills You have a customer service-oriented mindset Self-starter and team player with communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong focus on results As soft skills we require strong communications and collaboration skills What we offer: Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 30-40 hours/week, with a possibility of home office based on agreement You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!
