**What you’ll do:**
As part of our overall ambitious growth for low voltage switchgear assemblies across EMEA, across multiple segments, we would expect to see an exponential growth on new partners being introduced into the Eaton partner program.
The IEC Panel Partner Operations Engineer will support the EMEA region and provide technical application support for the panel builder network for Eaton's xEnergy LV switchgear and supporting components.
Manage front end Systems quality claims, act as an Eaton Systems Low Voltage Expert for the Customers, Panel Builders and Country Sales Organisation.
Support industrialisation of assembling and manufacturing standards at the partners.
+ Execute the annual audits
+ Provide LV technical application systems guidance
+ Panel builder visits, to check quality, assembling standards, user documentation and tools.
+ Organize and track adaptations and improments, if necessary
+ Train and guide our partners on Standard and Quality process
+ Go on site, evaluate and invest in root cause analyse, carrey out a replacement scenario with all involved parties.
+ Support manufacturing drawings implementation for external partners
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
+ 5 Years in product line or technical assembly experience
**Skills:**
+ Knowledge of IEC LV assembly products and applications
+ Able to build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders within and outside Eaton
+ Fluent speaking and writing in English
+ Fluency in German is beneficial
+ Intercultural awareness
+ Good Communication and presentation skills
+ Self-motivated, accepts ownership for results, takes initiative
