**What is the job about?**
You will create short- & long-term production plans based on available capacity and resources (materials).
You will also follow up on execution, handle orders, make reports.
Communication with sales & distribution centers and handling requests related to orders are also crucial parts of this position.
You will be in continuous cooperation with other departments & relevant stakeholders.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Transfer supply plan and incoming orders into a production plan, and support execution of orders in production and distribution centres.
Activities related to customer interaction and sales order handling can be included.
+ Ensure balance between machine, manning and material in the operational plan within the assigned area – close cooperation with the APU and the supply planning team
+ Confirm customer orders according to the requested delivery date
+ Handle exceptions affecting the production and purchase plan, e.g. quality issues, breakdowns, delivery changes, etc
+ Support operational execution with data and information & inform relevant parties in the chain in case of changes
+ Daily advisor role towards colleagues in the factory in matters related to operational planning
+ Participate in larger local development activities within operational planning
