What you need to know about this position:
Managing, leading, developing and motivating colleagues in the spare parts warehouse which operates in 4 shift pattern.
Managing, implementing, maintaining, optimizing and improving warehouse processesDefining, monitoring and reporting on efficiency indicators.Set performance targets, carry out assessments and provide feedback.Identifying corrective actions.Working closely with partner departments on operational issues.Knowledge, development, implementation and enforcement of rules, regulations and work instructionsPlanning the procurement of spare parts according to demand and/or progressive maintenance strategies; eliminating useless and obsolete materials; updating BOMs and spare parts stocks.Preparing reports for the Head of DepartmentPreparing, conducting and documenting monthly/quarterly inventory control/inventoryOrganizing and actively participating in cycle count countsDefine and implement inventory optimization policies based on TBM time-based maintenance and CBM condition-based maintenance plans.Practical training of new entrantsActive participation in plant SQDCSM audits and assessmentsWhat extra ingredients you will bring:
