As a Web Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in identifying, shaping, and executing initiatives that improve the end-to-end website experience using data, best practices, and close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Your Role:
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who is comfortable juggling many disciplines from UX and Goal Completion Score Initiatives to technical performance and content structure.
You’ll work within the Global Web Experience team, alongside experts in CRO, UX/UI, and analytics, and collaborate across teams Content Experience, Market Activation and Web Development & Performance.
You’ll focus on driving optimizations, coordinating development efforts, and ensuring we’re constantly improving the website from both a business and user perspective, keeping our Group and regional Stakeholders involved along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify optimization opportunities across the site using data, UX best practices, and stakeholder inputTranslate findings into actionable briefs for design, content, or development — and follow through to implementationCreate PBIs and ensure alignment across design, content, and development teams for smooth delivery.Support or lead the implementation of web features and tools (e.g. product configurators, chatbots, pricing tools etc.)Ensure digital initiatives align with broader customer journeys across touchpoints like search, paid media, and service toolsWork closely with our digital experience agency to align on goals, share insights, and drive continuous website improvementsAct as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery — collaborating with marketers, designers, developers, and product ownersChampion continuous improvement and experimentation, backed by user feedback and business KPIsWho You Are:

3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, UX, or CROStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingA solid understanding of website structure, performance drivers, and user experienceConfidence using (or learning) platforms such as Sitecore, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Azure DevOpsExperience working with or managing tasks across external agencies or tech partnersA collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate cross-functional workAn eye for good design and clear content, and an instinct for what makes a great user journeyStrong communication skills and fluency in EnglishA proactive, self-driven attitude and willingness to explore new tools and topics
