Role Overview:
As a Device Management & Shipment Specialist, you will ensure that all signed partners receive their operational devices ( tablets, printers, POS) accurately and on time.
This is a mission-critical role that directly enables partners to access our platform and start delivering services to customers without delay.
You will serve as the operational backbone of partner readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute the shipment of devices to partners in line with onboarding timelines.
Maintain inventory accuracy and track all devices in transit and in use.
Collaborate closely with Partner Onboarding and Support teams to align device readiness with activation schedules.
Troubleshoot device-related issues and coordinate returns, repairs, or replacements.
Improve and document logistics processes to ensure speed, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, inventory management systems, and ticketing platforms.
A proactive and partner-focused mindset.
Hungarian fluent, English
