We’re looking for a Website UX Analyst to help us improve and optimize our digital customer experience through data-driven insights.
In this role, you’ll focus on analyzing user behavior, identifying UX challenges, and supporting continuous improvements to our global website experience.
Your Role
You’ll be a key contributor in the Global Web Experience team at VELUX, working closely with specialists in Hungary and Denmark.
The team is responsible for optimizing our marketing websites through UX/UI improvements, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital experience enhancements — and your role will be to provide the insights that make that possible.
Your work will directly inform design decisions, testing priorities, and content strategies.
By helping us better understand how users interact with our digital platforms, you’ll support the creation of more intuitive, effective, and engaging online experiences for customers around the world.
Key Responsibilities
As a Website UX Analyst, you will:
Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover actionable UX insightsOwn and report on customer experience metrics such as NPS and CSAT, identifying trends and opportunitiesCreate and maintain a monthly UX insights report shared across stakeholdersDevelop and manage a Goal Completion Score framework to track and evaluate success across digital journeysIdentify new methods for data collection and UX performance measurementCollaborate with CRO and Web Experience specialists to plan and prioritize user-focused experimentsAdvocate for the voice of the user and champion data-driven decision-makingPartner closely with the Senior UX/UI Designer to ensure designs are insight-led and performance-testedContribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the end-to-end customer journeyProactively highlight UX issues and work with operational teams to resolve them based on dataWho You Are
You bring a data-driven and analytical approach to user-centered design, and are equally comfortable exploring Google Analytics, Power BI, or testing tools.
You're able to distill complex findings into clear, compelling recommendations and are confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
You're self-motivated, proactive, and excited to contribute in a collaborative, international environment — balancing a strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude.
We Imagine You Have:
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, UX research, CRO, web analytics, or digital optimizationStrong skills in both quantitative and qualitative user research — including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and behavioral data analysisProven ability to communicate insights effectively and influence decisions across teamsProficient with analytics platforms like GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio (or similar)Familiarity with testing tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, or BloomreachCreative problem-solver with a structured, analytical approachComfortable working independently and cross-functionally with diverse teamsFluent in English
